In September of 2007, Senergy Solutions was working with the VP of Operations of a company. After reviewing the solutions we have submitted, he wanted a couple of references. He spoke to two of our clients. To one client, he requested a reference in questionnaire format. After receiving the completed questionnaires, he decided to move forward with retrofitting his company's warehouse lighting fixtures. The following are the questions and answers verbatim:

1. Describe the work that was performed by Senergy?
   
   "Took out 635 existing MH-400 Hi-Bay fixtures and replaced them with 485 T-5 fixtures."
   
   
2. Why did you choose Senergy to do your lighting installation?
   
   "Had the best price for the job of the three bids I had and I knew the people who would do the work as they had done work for me before."
   
   
3. Regarding the work performed, how many lights were installed? Square feet of building?
   
   "Building is 383,000 sq ft and we did 485 fixtures."
   
   
4. When was the work performed?
   
   "July of 06."
   
   
5. Regarding the work performed, how satisfied were you with the quality of the job?
   
   
   1. Did the products perform as promised?
      
      "All product performed as promised."
      
      
   2. Are you using motions sensors?
      
      "Yes."
      
      If so, are they working as promised?
      
      "Sensors are working better than promised."
      
      
   3. Is the quality of the light as promised?
      
      "We have far better lighting now than with the old system and we are doing it with less lights."
      
      
   4. Did the installation go as promised?
      
      "As always, there are minor problems that were unforeseen, but they were quickly overcome and we finished ahead of schedule."
      
      
   5. Was the estimated cost of the work reflective of the actual cost?
      
      "Came in exactly what was estimated. Only difference was when I added a couple of more sensors."
      
      
   6. Were there any problems with the contractor or the product that are noteworthy?
      
      "NO."
      
      If so, how satisfied were you with the handling of the those problems by the contractor?

6. What was the actual energy savings realized (in dollars)?
   
   "Energy savings was 20%+ greater than anticipated. This was due in part to the motion sensors working far better than anticipated."
   
   
7. If you had another warehouse, would you install high efficiency lighting again?
   
   "Yes."
   
   If yes, would you use the same contractor?
   
   "We are already working with Synergy Solutions in one other warehouse and looking to work with them in two more."
